Digital Radiography
Radiographs allow us to see everything we cannot see with our own eyes. Radiographs enable us to detect cavities, see signs of infection, determine bone level, and analyze the condition of your bone. We can also examine the roots and nerves of teeth, diagnose lesions such as cysts or tumors, as well as assess damage when trauma occurs.
Dental radiographs are instrumental in diagnosing, treating, and maintaining dental health. Exposure time for dental radiographs is minimal. We utilize Digital Imaging Technologies within the office to provide quality patient care and experience. We use the Nomad handheld dental X-ray system, which is the most advanced systems on the market today. Its lighter weight and cordless design improve dental radiography speed, convenience and efficiency. The unit emits about 1/3 the radiation of a standard wall mount x-ray units. We use XDR X-ray sensors for the highest quality digital images instead of conventional x-rays resulting in about 90 percent less radiation exposure and more efficient treatment. Digital imaging allows us to easily take, store and transfer images to your dentist, other specialists or insurance companies to streamline your care.
XDR Radiology Anatomic Sensor
The Patented XDR Radiology Anatomic Sensor - Uniquely designed by dentists, its maximized mesial imaging area helps you capture canine-premolar contacts. Its rounded and beveled corners broaden the contact zone for increased patient comfort. Its white face eases intraoral visibility, and the sleek button on its immersible shell is easier to clean, and even cold sterilize. In synergy with the TDO/XDR Software Adaptor, you’ll see both the tip of your #6 Endo file and the PDL continuity.
Conebeam
Carestream 8100 3D
High resolution, low radiation
By using cone beam CT technology, the CS 8100 3D produces a significantly lower radiation dose than the average CT system—making it a safe choice for patients. In addition, the unit’s four selectable fields of view and fast scanning mode confine radiation to the area of interest and reduce length of exposure for further safety. At the same time, the system delivers ultra-high resolution images at 75μm to ensure you have all the details you need to make an accurate and confident diagnosis—particularly for endodontic procedures.

TDO Software
TDO Software
We use TDO Software as it is considered the best endodontic software available. It is used to manage all patient records and information and has comprehensive modules that make our office paperless, a great convenience for our patients and referring dentists. The website integration allows our patients to securely access the site to complete the medical history and consent forms online before their appointment. The software allows our referring dentists to make referral and receive their patients’ reports and imaging through secured HIPAA compliant portal right after the patient is seen. This technology enables us to diagnose and treat our patients more efficiently and to communicate more effectively with both the patient and referring doctor that is secured and HIPAA compliant.
Patient Experience
Patient Experience
At Precision Endodontics, we aim to provide our patients with a first class experience. Our state of the art ADEC dental chairs are recognized as one of the most comfortable and ergonomic chairs in the field. To add to the comfort, each room provides a 50”, 4K wall- mounted monitor, that not only streams video such as Netflix but also provides direct HDMI connections, allowing the patient and the doctor to review pertinent dental treatment, including educational videos, digital x-rays, and 3D scans.
